Had to contact the support twice and both times they were not able to help. 1) Could not add locale due to custom locales not working. Had to find a fix myself. 2) The platform did not allow to add new languages that stopped the project from working...
The way it allows us to collaborate as a team. It accommodates most of our work styles. We made the swap from managing translations in a spreadsheet to Lokalise, and the difference is tremendous both in performance, ease of use, and database maintenance...
