Great Tool to help organize, segment and keep updated on the changes of a large portfolio

- Love the Custom Segment features and the ability to make changes to my accounts via the Segment Reports - The Touchpoint Integrations with my other apps has saved me so much time with keeping my account information updated, and seeing updates from colleagues also in contact with my Portfolio

Catalyst - the quicker and easier Customer Success tool

It is faster and easier to maintain than Gainsight. It's lightweight for us and has less impact for our CRM.
