Easy to use, glossary and translation memories help increase consistency of translations

The tool is easy to use and clearly arranged. There are very helpful features like the "Search in TM" or the possibility to raise an issue with the client directly in case there is the need of clarification. Also the display of context and layout of the source text is very helpful. The Smartling project managers are very friendly and available for prompt support. There is work on a regular basis, I practically use it daily; payment is always punctual.

The tool is pretty straight-forward to use, once you have taken the training and read about the basics. I have used it for many years and have trouble remembering how it was in the beginning, but I can't recall it ever being very difficult.
