Over the last few years, we have tried to move as much team communication as possible out of messy, tangled email threads and into a standardized, clear, user-friendly, easy-to-look-back-at portal. Through Paycom, we have successfully integrated our time keeping, expense reimbursements, time off requests, annual coachings, and much more into Paycom, and even developed systems for notifications that help quickly and easily keep everyone on the same page.

The ease of using Paycom is my favorite thing about Paycom. Also, the customer service is unmatched. Using Paycom is easy for employees to navigate and its aesthetically pleasing. Very simple and clear.

It has enabled us to go paperless and automate so many aspects of our work. It offers a lot modules, is customizable, and makes it so that your employees are doing all of their own updates. Everything HR goes through Paycom -- expenses, benefits, time and attendance, document mngt, employee acknowledgements, ACA, reward statements, taxes, reviews, applicant tracking, compliance, reporting, etc. Our implementation back in 2020 was good -- they identified issues that our auditors and 401k vendor never caught.
