I'll start with the end. The insights on views, percent of Journey completed, and time on each page is HUGE. Timing is everything and knowing if/when your customers are viewing is a difference maker. The flow for the recipients is great. There's the option to download as PDF but PDFs are boring and has ZERO wow factor. Journey takes customers from the mundane I've used this for prospecting, multi-threading, recaps of calls... being able to add docs and video is huge. I actually used this when searching for a job too. I created a Journey of my background and philosophy on sales. I got better response rates from Journey than I did from sending video intros.
