Working on both the site and in the field office, it’s tough for me to stay connected with my team. Webex really helped solve this problem , I can join meetings even when I’m on the go and share updates in real time. It keeps everything organized, even during busy days on-site. Webex is a really good platform, but sometimes it takes a bit longer to load chats or reconnect when the signal drops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Webex Events makes the experience for both panelists and attendees incredible. It features multiple tools for sharing content and interacting with the audience without interruption (Slido), which enrich the events we host. Not to mention how easy it is to use. With the change in look and feel they made, I have nothing to mention that I don't like about this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support is outstanding—responses typically come within 30 minutes or less.
The platform itself is incredibly user-friendly. Even team members with no prior experience have been able to log in and navigate confidently within minutes.
I use the platform multiple times a month for a variety of events, and it’s seamlessly integrated into our regular event schedule. It’s brought a much-needed refresh to our previous virtual event format, enhancing both efficiency and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Small meetings or team collaboration (better handled by Webex Meetings).
Highly interactive sessions where all attendees need equal participation (again, Webex Meetings or other collaboration tools would be better). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of using the platform. Kind of like Zoom, but a lot easier to navigate. Easy to connect and collaborate with others on this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In some business meetings, when someone posts a link for everyone, instead of pinning the links automatically, they continue to scroll down as the conversation in chat proceeds, which causes you to miss a lot, having to scroll back and find a link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Webex has a clean interface and offers useful features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and meeting scheduling. The integration with calendars and email platforms is also convenient, and when it works properly, the video and audio quality can be decent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform consistently suffers from lag, connectivity problems, and delayed audio or video—even with stable internet. It takes a long time to join meetings, and the app often freezes during screen sharing. These issues disrupt collaboration and make meetings inefficient. Compared to other tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams, Webex feels less reliable and more frustrating to use. Customer support is slow, and performance updates are not frequent enough. The amount of customization that Webex Events allows me to do for all of my different events. This allows me to flex my creativity to tailor each event exactly how I envisioned it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not allowing my participants to cancel their registrations on their own. This creates additional work for me for something that could easily be automated with a click of a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using Webex events and webinars for our day to day meetings and it is very easy to use and it has seamless meetings and webinar capabilities which lack in other software. Dark mode is delight to the eyes and we use it on a daily basis. Customer support team is very active to support you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing we did not like it takes time to schedule the meeting and but the confirmation is quite fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Webex Events offers a perfect balance between simplicity and powerful features. I had the opportunity to organize a straightforward event and was impressed by how intuitively I could tailor all available options to my needs. Everything, from registration to live interactions, was easy to customize without requiring advanced technical skills. The platform’s reliability and flexibility made the entire experience stress-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the overall experience is excellent, the platform is not fully optimized for organizers accessing it via an iPhone. Some functionalities are harder to manage on mobile, and it feels better suited to desktop use. Additionally, I encountered a small bug related to the Purchase of Tickets badge. The support team was responsive, quickly opened a ticket, and assured me they would inform me once the issue is resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Webex is its stability and quality in video calls, even with not-so-good connections. The interface is intuitive, and its features for screen sharing, recording meetings, and using virtual backgrounds make remote work much easier and more professional. Additionally, the integration with other tools enhances productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like about Webex is that, compared to other platforms, its resource consumption is sometimes high, which can slow down less powerful devices. Additionally, its design can feel a bit rigid or outdated in certain sections, and the automatic updates sometimes interrupt the workflow without prior notice.
