In some business meetings, when someone posts a link for everyone, instead of pinning the links automatically, they continue to scroll down as the conversation in chat proceeds, which causes you to miss a lot, having to scroll back and find a link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using Webex events and webinars for our day to day meetings and it is very easy to use and it has seamless meetings and webinar capabilities which lack in other software. Webex Events offers a perfect balance between simplicity and powerful features. I had the opportunity to organize a straightforward event and was impressed by how intuitively I could tailor all available options to my needs. While the overall experience is excellent, the platform is not fully optimized for organizers accessing it via an iPhone. Some functionalities are harder to manage on mobile, and it feels better suited to desktop use. Additionally, I encountered a small bug related to the Purchase of Tickets badge. What I like most about Webex is its stability and quality in video calls, even with not-so-good connections. The interface is intuitive, and its features for screen sharing, recording meetings, and using virtual backgrounds make remote work much easier and more professional. What I don't like about Webex is that, compared to other platforms, its resource consumption is sometimes high, which can slow down less powerful devices. Additionally, its design can feel a bit rigid or outdated in certain sections, and the automatic updates sometimes interrupt the workflow without prior notice. I like the breakout rooms feature very much. It allows you to quickly and seamlessly switch between large meetings into smaller working groups for more efficient collaboration. I dislike the user interface. It is overloaded, over complicated and overly complex. I hate the meeting joining experience. It asks me to check a box and accept their T&C every single time before joining a meeting. I hate the views available when you're on a call. We use Webex in our organization to communicate with our peers. It helps us organize and create tasks and be able to connect with one another at ease. The app has a great easy interface and allows you to have a flow of communication within your company . You can share files, messages and even search back in history of the chat by using keywords. I notice Webex can help you communicate better within your team at work and allows you to be more transparent. There wasn't much downside of using Webex , the only thing is if you're using Webex and want to have the communication on other devices you must install the app on each device as this is not cloud based. I'm grateful for a dedicated support team to guide me through the mobile app/webapp milestones. I look to them for their expert advice on the capabilities of the program as well as their willingness to address the specific needs of my organization with regards to the app. So far, we've been happy with the WebEx events and the ease with which our attendees/users can download and utilize all that the app has to offer for our Convention.
