All the benefits of proprietary community without the hassle. You get to recontact respondents when needed because Suzy owns the respondents (instead of sample providers). Before Suzy we had a proprietary panel but spent a fair amount of time and energy just keeping our respondents engaged, even when we were not conducting business critical research. With Suzy you get the benefit of all their other clients also doing research, so engagement does not fall on any one client. Managing credit use across multiple users was sometime combersome. Also ,regular surveys need to be done to ensure any key screening criteria is up to date, as the way they survey consumers does not technically allow for terminating based on screening questions within the survey. Speed! I love being able to send out last minute questions out knowing I'm likely going to get a couple hundred responses at minimum within hours. It's a savior! The platform is very intuitive, easy to navigate, and pretty easy to build your own quant surveys. The customer service has also been pretty consistent in quality and timeliness. Suzy has been very valuable on a big product launch project. Getting feedback on marketing assets in a very short time period was critical to making last minute changes. I appreciate how many pre existing templates exist to get moving right away.

Screeners have been a bit of a pain point for us. Given everything else happening in our day to day, it's not always top of mind to run a new screener. It's happened that we need to run a quick survey, only to find the screener is out of date. Reminders would be so helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer service from Suzy is outstanding. Cara is by far my favorite vendor contact! The platform itself is fast and easy to use. The ability to quickly turn around a short survey--or even a single question--is invaluable when senior management is pushing for fast answers. Providing them with much quicker answers than expected reflects well on my job, which is never a bad thing! I wish it were less expensive so I could rely more on it. Pricing/credits for the more advanced question types is steep. The quick turnaround makes regular questions worth it, but I’ve been reluctant to use the credit numbers required for MaxDiff or conjoint surveys. I've found some limitations within programming questions on attribute character length, etc., that are an obstacle to work through—it’s not as customizable in question programming as some other survey platforms. The reporting portal has gotten much better at providing customized data cuts. I don’t find the UX and analytical abilities are still not entirely on par with some survey platforms.
