It is an easy-to-implement online CAT tool and quick to get started. The ability to see the texts to be translated in context is an advantage. The ability to search in multilingual TMs is convenient. I use it daily. Customer support is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The button allowing the use of the old interface, much more practical for translators/reviewers, was recently removed without prior notice. The new editor interface is not as functional as before; the templates offered may be more suitable for PMs but are no longer adapted for translators/reviewers. The preview of the content of strings in the form of a listing, which allowed for more effective formatting checks outside the editor, is missing. The filters/templates are less suited to the needs of translators/reviewers for large projects. Filtering to open multiple projects from the same sub-account at once is less intuitive. Opening many small projects from the same sub-account at once and the arrival template take longer to download (even with a good Internet connection), there is no longer a division of long content into pages, which is less effective in terms of navigation and significantly slows down the translation/review effort because you have to scroll to move from one segment to another, and there is no longer the page division that allowed for page jumps.
