ShipHero gives us real-time visibility into our fulfillment operations across multiple warehouses, which is essential for a fast-moving, seasonal business like ours. Our team has enjoyed the ease of use while having the option of being very in-depth. ShipHero makes inventory tracking & shipment fulfillment so simple that I can't believe we didn't try this years ago. From receiving to packing, every step is very intuitive and straightforward. We were wasting a ton of time with other software that fell short or resorting back to Google Sheets but now we have a simple interface for all users to get information from any device in real time. Never again will we have to search for an item in the warehouse!
Everyone on the ShipHero team is very genuine, patient, and considerate of our time. Avi, our Implementation Manager, honestly could not be better. He takes great care in listening to our needs and immediately guiding us to a solution to ensure our time is utilized efficiently. Even in a rare instance that he does not have an immediate answer, Avi always follows up with us extremely fast and thoroughly provides us with the answer we need. Implementation was simple but very hands-on. It's easy to get lost in a new software but Avi was always there to get us back on track even outside our normal meeting times. We love to tinker and when we do sometimes we mess things up! A quick ping to Avi and we are back to where we needed to be. You never feel alone or abandoned after the sale with the ShipHero team, which provides us a huge sigh of relief.
At first, when choosing a new WMS, we met with all the top brands and there was always something that just did not feel right. We watched all the videos on the ShipHero YouTube channel, and that alone made us feel much more comfortable committing to the software. Once we got on a video call with Mark, who was our SaaS Account Executive, he answered every single question we had, and there were a TON of questions. Mark essentially sealed the deal by guiding us to a full package solution that would allow us to not only implement this new software but to do it within our tight deadline.

We have not found much to dislike about ShipHero at this point. One small tweak would be to allow the software to recycle tabs instead of opening a new tab for some of the actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a ShipHero software account for our 3PL and love that it is very user friendly and easy to navigate! We enjoy the multitude of features including order management, inventory management, report generation, and so much more. ShipHero has helped us grow our business with easy customer onboarding and carrier integration. We also love having a dedicated CSM and team available to investigate any technical issues and to answer our questions. There are several areas we would like to improve: one being more seamless integration of the various features - when switching between different modules, such as purchase orders vs order shipping, I'm prompted to login at every module switch, which is usually a 2 step process. Second being more proactive monitoring for tech bugs, rather than my team needing to capture the issue via images/videos, and giving an extensive description of the issue. Sometimes we're so busy that we aren't able to stop, document the issue, and go back and forth with CS to reach a resolution. Third being building out the billing functionality with more features and customization - all of of our accounts have different billing structures and it requires quite a bit of manual manipulation after exporting the invoices to ensure our customers are being charged correctly (example recognizing a carton as a single pick versus 100 individual picks). I like that it has a great UI/UX for pickers and packers and all operations team that allows for better productivity.
It's a system that solves complex needs in general to the most basics ones for a Fulfillment Center with an easy to use logic.
I like the fact that we can use lot products and FEFO logic, we can create bundles for customers based on single products so no need to make pre word to create them.
In general, is a system that adds value to the operation and visibility to the team and customers.
But what I like most its the attention you receive fro the SH tam to answer all your questions and help solve issues you might have either if its something you don’t understand or a bug in the system.
The API integration was simple and connects with our system perfectly that allowed almost a plug-in-and-play atmosphere for the operation. training of use is quite simple.

What I don't like is some configuration sets that are a bit slow to set. Like when you create a new seller/customer for the general admin personnel you have to manually select that new customer in each user by hand. Its time consuming of you don't have a dedicated person for system configuration and also even if you do it does not add that much value.
I would like Lot customers to have a default setting that all new products created either by API or manually are created as needing lot since when a customer creates a new product this you need to catch it or the product will be inbounded without this characteristic.
I would also like more reports and statistics about performance, general production and productivity an faster downloads of information in excel if you need to.

It has multiple solutions for different clients and users.

Lot # can be a tricky thing as well as custom API's.

The user interface is extremely easy to use. The Shiphero team understands my issues and what changes need to be made. Implementation has been great! Our Onboarding Specialist has been FANTASTIC. Avi is always available and quick to respond to any questions we have. Our Sales Rep, Alex, was great also. It's has been a crutial tool to enable scaling our business. All the tools for inventory and order management and tracking are amazing. The ease of integration has been a joy to our ecommerce clients. The software itself is very easy to use and self intuitive, has made onboarding both our clients and employees a breeze. It has all the tools you need to run a state of the art operation. As as cherry on top the customer support and specially in our case Catalina Galvis has been an lifesaver, always following up our reports with quick answers and quick solutions everytime we had needed it. We have been using shiphero since we started as a small ecommerce fulfillment company and will continue to be our ally in our regional omnichanell fulfillment for our local market and cross border fulfillment. While our experience with ShipHero has been predominantly positive, there are a few areas where we see room for improvement. One aspect that we'd appreciate more control over is the ability to handle certain tasks internally, rather than relying on support. For instance, the option to force a sync of inventory with Shopify or execute some bulk tasks independently would enhance our operational efficiency and autonomy.
Additionally, while the user interface of ShipHero is generally user-friendly, we found that some sections had a bit of a learning curve. New users might find certain parts of the UI initially perplexing, requiring a period of adjustment to navigate comfortably. A more intuitive design or a detailed guide for these sections could help new users acclimate more quickly and make the most out of the application from the start.

Shipheros attention to detail when it comes to responses. every time I have a question on how to take an action and believe me I send in requests DAILY, I am followed up with an articulate, easy to follow and well put together "how to".
