Sana is the best solution for our organizational needs, we really love the use cases and potential for knowledge sharing with the live sessions. Building content in Sana is also a breeze and very intuitive. The content usually ends up looking amazing also which is a huge plus in my book. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really have any dislikes with Sana but I would assume that Sana would work a lot smoother if you are not a Microsoft heavy organization. All in all it fits most of our boxes. Analytics was a bit too simple before, but Sana just released a new feature for analytics that looks very promising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sana Labs has helped us create a paradigm shift in our L&D strategy, in essence making it more scalable, cost efficient and still impactful.
Automation of assigning content and managing learners is extremely efficient tool for an L&D manager.
Sana is easy to use, and creation of content is therefore not limited to a select few or users with a specialised skill set.
Beyond this is is great to have a partner who is interrested in seeing you succeed with the implementation and impact of their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One year ago, we decided to develop our learning process. We needed to find a partner whose platform could help us create and disseminate customized content to our organization and employees. We talked to a lot of companies, but none of them seemed to fulfill our needs. We found their systems and the content maker too complicated to use. But then we found Sana. In the past 6 months, Sana has taken our learning process and learning offer to a whole new level—both with their easy-going and AI-based platform and their personalized service.
We are looking forward to our future work together with Sana, and we can happily recommend their product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, I find it challenging to locate the right features in the program and I've felt lost when trying to navigate at times.
Another aspect I've encountered is that it sometimes can be challenging to get in touch with support. While we have excellent support from our customer success manager, for quick questions, I would have appreciated faster response times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The possibilty to work with smart-groups have made our days of administration to almost go away :)
Setting up smart-groups by using attribut gives a powerful tool when i comes to launching courses. The system will assign participants by itself depending on what attributes connected towards our AD is used to create the smart-group.
Example: every manager is obligatory to participate in our course "Diversity and Inclusion". So by setting up a smart-group that is populated by every employee that has manager= yes and using it against the course. Sana will keep track on every newly employeed manager or employe that changes role to a manager and automaticly enroll them.
Since we are over 5000 employee avery way of simplicity to set up courses is a positive benefit. And this is just one of the benefits with Sana Lab.
There are more for you to find out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At them moment there is nothing to dislike, when we find anything that we think is off, they fix it immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy it is to create courses. We migrated from another system and we had to recreate the whole training offer we had. With Sana, it was super easy to recreate the courses, especially thanks to the AI features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't list many... but if I were to mention something that would be more access levels (or maybe custom access levels?) that you can assign to users. We have a lot of users so it would be easier for us to give them access exactly to what we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were the first customers in South America and we can say that the platform embraced our content! We find it easy to create content and also share it. Furthermore, we have the possibility to create trails of different content for our employees. And customizing training with our brand colors is definitely something super cool for us to create internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are looking forward to creating a dashboard within the platform. It would be perfect! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part about Sana Labs would be that it's intuitive and easy to use. The second best is definitly all the help you get from the AI-assistant. The AI helps you create content, come up with questions and search within your organisations documents etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing i miss in Sana is to have more freedom in how you create courses. I would like to be able to move things around more freely and not to be as limited in the creating process as I am now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
