What do you like best about 360Learning?

As a Training & Development Manager leading a one-person L&D team, I needed an LMS that was intuitive, collaborative, and flexible enough to support both internal teams and external retail partners. 360Learning delivered on all fronts—and then some.

One of the most helpful aspects for me was the free trial, which allowed me to explore the platform hands-on and get a real feel for how it could work in our learning ecosystem before committing. It gave me the confidence to move forward.

We recently launched ACE 2.0, our custom-branded learning platform built on 360Learning. The ability to create dedicated groups for each retailer—with personalized course pages and store-specific forums—has been a game-changer. It makes the experience feel relevant, localized, and community-driven.

What really excites me is the Learning Needs feature. It opens the door for bottom-up learning by letting users share what they want to learn—helping me prioritize content that’s actually in demand. It’s a great way to keep learning learner-led and strategic.

From mobile access and offline learning to detailed analytics and coaching roles for managers, this platform has allowed us to elevate our learning experience across the board.

360Learning has helped me build something meaningful, scalable, and learner-first—and I couldn’t recommend it more! 🎯📱💡 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

“Minor Learning Curve at First”

While the platform is intuitive overall, it took a bit of time to fully understand how group visibility, roles, and notifications work—especially when managing multiple audiences. But once I got the hang of it, it became second nature.

“Limited Customization for Branding”

I would love to see even more options to personalize the look and feel of the platform to better align with our brand guidelines. What exists now works well but feels slightly limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

360Learning is helping us solve the challenge of delivering consistent, engaging, and scalable training to retail partners across different locations. Before, it was difficult to track learning progress or gather real-time feedback. With 360Learning, we can personalize the learning experience for each store, create private groups with their own discussion forums, and make learning accessible on mobile—even offline. It’s made onboarding smoother, boosted engagement, and helped us build a true learning community across our network. The “Learning Needs” feature is especially exciting, as it gives our learners a voice and helps us stay aligned with their goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 360Learning?

The platform's design is exceptionally user-friendly. Navigating through the various features and modules is intuitive, making it a breeze to find what I need. The clean and modern interface is a real plus, as it minimizes distractions and allows me to focus on the learning material. This ease of use significantly enhances the overall learning experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

While I appreciate the platform's design, I feel the current learning content is somewhat limited. I wish there was a broader range of topics and more in-depth material available. Expanding the content library would greatly increase the app's value and cater to a wider variety of learning needs. I'm hoping to see more content added in future updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

What I truly appreciate about 360Learning is its ability to streamline internal training. It's become a powerful tool for efficiently disseminating knowledge across the organization. Being able to upload my training materials and share them broadly saves valuable time and resources. More importantly, it empowers me to contribute directly to the company's growth by ensuring everyone has access to consistent and readily available training. What do you dislike about 360Learning?

For users who are not tech-savvy, navigating a primarily online platform might present challenges. However, the company offers dedicated teams to guide users step by step. In our case, Anna was our point of contact, and I highly recommend her for her expertise and professionalism. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 360Learning?

What I appreciate most about 360Learning is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is. It makes it really easy to create, share and follow courses, even for people who aren't very much at ease with tech. The interface is clean and fluid and everything works as you'd expect in a easy and simple way. It's also collaborative with the forum and so on and thus makes learning more dynamic. it's a very pleasant platform to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

There's nothing I really don't like, the only thing would be that it might be easier to implement the transaltor list from Excel files or things like that to ease the process of working with large teams on a course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 360Learning?

We appreciate all the collaborative features that allow our learners to learn with and from each other. The globalization feature is what sets 360Learning apart from other LMSs. We can now quickly translate our training content into multiple languages and make it available to many more people within our organization.

It is easy to use and the different roles available make it also easy to administer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a multi-national organization, we needed a tool that was easy to manage and would allow us to easily translate our training content into many languages.

With 360Learning and the Globalization solution, we can now automatically translate our courses in many languages in no time. It drastically improves the experience for our learners as they can focus on the content without having to worry about translating in their native language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 360Learning?

I am a trainer based in Government Services and find 360Learnign very useful in hosting this training. I tend to not create the content on 360 - rather using Genially and then linking to this through 360Learning. I use 360Learning to measure understanding by creating quizzes etc. The reporting also helps me track completion and send out reminders to those still needing to complete the training. The dashboards allow for managers to manage their own staff etc. The AI is great for course summaries or creation although again as we use Genially for course creation its hasnt been utilized much by us. We prefer a slide show type trainer that can be interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

Once a comment has been reviewed and responded to by one trainer there should be an potion to clear that comment for all users - quite often we have 8 trainers workign ont he same content and each comment goes to each one of those all the time - some trainers now have 3000 comments left to clear as they were not the instructor on these days but still had the comments go to them - it means comments that are actually for them often get lost. Once one trainer has reviewed they should be able to click - clear for everyone or somethign similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 360Learning?

My company launched 360Learning less than 5 months ago. Implementation was handled well and we have received great feedback from employees that it is easy to use and easily adoptable. We were able to integrate with our HRIS (Sage) which has minimized our need to manage employees manually. The AI features for content creation has been benefical and we are starting to dive into automated/dynamic assigning on content. We also appreciate the collaborative learning approach which discussion boards and reactions. Overall, we are pleased with this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

Overall, I am pleased with 360Learning. The only "dislike" I could offer at this time is more an area of improvement. It would be great if the built in authoring tool was more robust. This could include for gamification and interactive features to make courses more engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

360Learning is helping to solve many problems. Our team has recently restructured which has left us with less people to do the same tasks. By using automation built within 360Learning, we're able to complete work just as fast. The AI capabilities have also been beneficial to creating content very quickly. What do you like best about 360Learning?

360learning allows us to easily integrate our training content and distribute it easily. Accessibility to these same trainings is also relatively simple, and navigation within them is intuitive for learners. The different types of integrable documents and various activities allow for varied training content and help make them more attractive. Customer support and, in general, contacts at 360learning are very responsive and seek solutions to encountered problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

I regret the few possibilities as an administrator. We are limited in our actions and sometimes have to call on customer service or others for certain actions. In my opinion, as a platform administrator, we should have almost total control. I also find that there is a lack of a real administration panel to manage everything from one place. I find it unfortunate the absence of certain functions outside the API. Bulk actions would be interesting without going through a complex system like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

He helped us in the transition to eLearning.

360learning also allows us to sustain our training over time: it allows us to create a subject in eLearning and distribute it as needed.

It is also a very good tool to help with the homogenization of discourse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 360Learning?

The fact that it allows me to track the learners' progress; it's a user-friendly tool that promotes engagement via forums and chat; the fact that people can learn at their own pace. The integration with other tools is also a plus. Customer support is very good and responses are timely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

The insertion of content is cumbersome, sometimes, in particular the insertion of quizzes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

Is it often difficult for people to be available to share knowledge in person, and with a tool like 360Learning, people can learn at their own pace. Furthermore, it is possible to reduce in-person training costs.

The tool also makes it easier to track employee progress in a quicker, more effective, as opposed to manually. This is especially useful to track mandatory training like compliance, for instance.

Also, the training materials are accessible even after completing the training, which means that learners can go back and revisit the content.

Onboarding processes are also made easier, as it is easier to offer continuous learning opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
