What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

RingCentral is an outstanding cloud-based communication platform that combines reliability, flexibility, and ease of use. The setup process is quick and straightforward, and the system works flawlessly across all my devices—desktop phone, computer, and smartphone. This seamless integration is especially important in my current role, where I split my time evenly between the office and working remotely.

One of RingCentral’s greatest strengths is its ability to deliver a consistent user experience regardless of location or device. The HD video and audio conferencing features are crystal clear, and our team relies on them daily without ever encountering issues or dropped connections. Both the mobile and desktop apps are intuitively designed, making it easy for anyone on our team to navigate and use the platform effectively.

What really stands out, though, is RingCentral's customer service. Every time I’ve reached out with a question or needed assistance, their support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to ensure issues are resolved thoroughly, and their professionalism gives me confidence that we’re in good hands.

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

The ringcentral app allows you to make and receive calls on your personal device without having to give out your personal number. When you make a call through the app your business number will show up. This is great for high call volume positions when you may need to make or take calls even when out of the office. What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

Text messages delete automatically after so many days. This can make it hard if someone reached back out to you since the messages are no longer there to know where in the conversation to pick back up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingCentral Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to integrate with an automation service to send out messages everyday. So in my HR role this allows up the fasted time to contact for potential hires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

The integration pop-up showing the dialpad, my previous calls and voicemails is very handy to have open on my Salesforce or LinkedIn. Being able to pick the number I call from is also ideal so I can have a UK or Irish number or call from Private vice versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the integration fails to call so I have to unistall and reinstall or open the web page to ensure I can call people quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The service does minimum basics. Nothing I can note that differentiates from other competitors other than it is more expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

There are repeated online use cases where users cannot cancel. I have had the same experience. I ultimately reported to State Attorney General and charged back after recording my online and phone events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's versatile, and can be used in a multitude of ways, across multiple devices, that all correspond to the same phone number extension. It makes answering office calls while traveling or working remotely pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RingCentral Contact Centre is the ultimate solution for our business, accomodating our vast and evolving needs under a single, unified platform. I really appreciate the modular capabilities of the platform, allowing us to continuously evolve our technological capabilities to match the changing demands of the business. Having a single platform that handles all of our integrations is ideal, and it is clear that RingCentral Contact Centre is also evolving quickly, keeping up with the latest technological innovations (AI capabilities). What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

I don't know that I have any real dislikes about RingCentral Contact Center.

If I had to pick something, I would say the inability to fully "sandbox" different business units on the platform is less than ideal. With full transparency, I should note that my company's utilization and implementation of RingCentral Contact Center may be unique in this case, but this is our experience with it.
