The ringcentral app allows you to make and receive calls on your personal device without having to give out your personal number. When you make a call through the app your business number will show up. This is great for high call volume positions when you may need to make or take calls even when out of the office. If I had to pick something, I would say the inability to fully "sandbox" different business units on the platform is less than ideal. With full transparency, I should note that my company's utilization and implementation of RingCentral Contact Center may be unique in this case, but this is our experience with it.
