I like the two way texting and the app that you can install on your computer to get real time notification of patients texting. I also like the standard forms that come with the basic package I just wish you could edit them as well in the basic pacakge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that when sending Welcome campaing you do not get an alert if the email is wrong or does not go through. I also dislike how glitchy it can be and there are too many different text types that you have to edit each time you need to edit the reminders. Revenue Well does for us exactly what they promised, which we have found to be not so common among bigger companies nowadays. The amount of time they save us with appointment reminders alone makes it completely worth it, but with all the added features of treatment plan follow ups, custom campaigns, social media and review links, appointment requests, online scheduling.... they just can't be beat. We have no complaints or dislikes about Revenue Well. The only feature we aren't able to use to it's abilities is the treatment plan follow ups, and that's because internally, we have an issue with treatment plans not being updated properly by our staff, which would cause patients to get reminders for treatment that has already been treated. I love how RevenueWell works seamlessly with our practice management system. It was great at sending out appointment reminders and getting patients to confirm. The social media posts pretty great as well. We started using Revenue Well phones, which are also a fantastic asset to the practice. The only thing that I think needs improvement it the mobile app. It is often unstable and will not load texts or voicemails in a timely fashion. It is also not the most user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the automatic confirmations and birthday texts helpful about Revenue Well. It makes it much easier for the staff to ensure they are done. Also, if you accidentally erase an appointment in the dental program, you can find it in revenue well. The main thing I dislike about Revenue Well is that I would like the chat to pop and stay popped up on the screen. The conversation can go unnoticed because it doesn't pop for a long time. I would like it to stay on the screen until manually closing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to see some more stock photos to use with the automated communications. Seasonal ones that can be used for the newsletters/recall would be nice. but other then that I love everything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Revenue is truly comprehensive when it comes to patient communication. We love that we can set up email campaigns, schedule recalls, sent automated appointment confirmations and reminders. You can also communicate with patients via text to reschedule appointments, update information, or for any reason really. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some auto-texts that we wish we could customize, but honestly we get so much customization with our email campaigns that I don't think we're too worried about it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
