As a student, my ability to allocate time to do projects is limited. Now, I only have to add the task to my to do list and it is automatically scheduled. It is also easy to see if I am too far behind and need to work extra hours to catch up on assignments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Literally the only thing I dislike about this software is that it is in active development. It isn't fully featured yet, but even with that I still would and have recommended it to my friends. The fact that it is incomplete and still this useful speaks to its potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use ReclaimAI for the stats. I struggle with time management and making sure I'm working on the proper habits. I take advantage of the critical levels you can assign to habits. I also color-code these levels so I know which is what. I monitor my stats based on critical levels to ensure I do plenty of Deep Work. The second thing I have been impressed with is Contact support. I'm new to using Calendars, how they work, and how to set them up. They have responded quickly and can break down the solutions so I understand how to do what I need done. I also appreciate their feature that allows me to download the notes from support in case I need to refer to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although the Time defense feature is excellent, I haven't gotten it to work. It is very possible I'm not setting this up right. When I use it, my Calendar events are all over the place. The more I use it, the better I will understand how it works. Adding vacation or day off would be neat, and it automatically updates your day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's smart and fills the time on my calendar without me having to lift a finger (or waste time figuring out when to get everything done - bane of my job). The amount of features have helped to CMA and it will CYA too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keep an eye on those smart meetings you have with folks - letting them know Reclaim may shift your meeting time around would be a good heads up otherwise it gets annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a simple and powerful solution for task management, prioritization, and scheduling. In particular, works great for my use-case of noting action items in Google Docs, which sync bi-directionally for Google Docs ⇆ Google Tasks ⇆ Reclaim. Have tried many other tools, specifically Smartsheet, ClickUp, Motion, and Google Sheets, and I think Reclaim.ai is finally the one that I am going to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see some additional project management features added that I hopeful will come with time, but I suspect they are not as high on the list as their integrations with Asana and others handle project management whie Reclaim.ai focuses on getting all those tasks in the project management tools onto your calendar in a prioritized way instead of being buried in the PM tool. I like that my internal team meetings can become flexible so that I can offer more availabilities when I have important client or prospect meetings. It was really easy to implement with the team, and I loved integrating it into my work day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You have to be mindful of the filters you set up for your habits - if you accidentally have desired times outside of the window you have for the meetings, things can break, and you have to hunt to figure out why. Also, it's tricky that if you want something every day but not weekends, you have to say 5 days a week rather than daily, or things also break. But their customer support has made finding the breaks a lot easier so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reclaim.ai truly changed my life. I gave it a try, and within a day, I decided to switch from another tool I had been using intensively.
Instead of spending time on tedious daily and weekly calendar organization, I now just make a few clicks, and it takes care of everything automatically. It saves me about an hour every day - so much so that I realized I no longer needed to hire a personal assistant for calendar management. An absolute game-changer! There are some features I'd like to see (like one-off meeting scheduling), but all are minor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The #1 struggle I face daily is balancing my 1:1 client work with my own business growth. Reclaim.ai has replaced the guilt I felt about choosing to work on one task while worrying that I should be working on something else. It automatically prioritizes everything I need to get done so I can stay laser focused on what's in front of me knowing there is time to get to the next project before it's due date. AAAANNNNNDDD...I am actually eating lunch every day because it schedules it for me! Lol Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't directly integrate with Trello so I have to manually enter and update tasks from one to the other and sometimes I miss one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reclaim gives you just enough control to instruct it's engine to schedule your tasks they way they should. it is well integrated with ClickUp and Google, and allows you to control tasks from anywhere. The ability to change the schedule from any Google client is perfect to adjust priorities manualy and instruct recollain what was accomplished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is room for improvement, but nothing is major. The phone interface is hard to use (you can't touch it, or it tried to change a meeting). The control over the colors could be better defined, and the abiloity to drag and drop a habit to the calendar would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Loving reclaim.ai, specifically because it can integrate with my outlook work calendar and my two personal google calendars. I love that it will schedule around my meetings to make sure I get all of my tasks done on time. It has saved me a lot of time planning my day/week. I definitely get more done. I would like to be able to reschedule tasks easier in the moment. Once a task has started it is hard to reschedule. For example, when something immediate comes up and I need to reschedule a task in the moment, it will allow me to snooze for suggested periods of time but I would like the option to say "I can't do this time anymore. Reschedule". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that reclaim has plenty of options on how it blocks time on your calendar and the integrations it has. I have a busy job that doesn't always allow me to block off full days from meetings for work, so being able to easily schedule time that shows on my calendar for me, but not anyone else then rescheduling automatically is incredible. I've begun using it with click up to help manage more and more tasks related to the various programs I manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that there is no way to set a specific series of tasks (parent with dependant tasks). As a program manager I I have some task that can be done in any order but more often I have tasks that are dependant on other tasks being complete, and scheduling things more automatically to follow each other would be incredible with this tool, but its not possible.
