One thing that I love about ProPet is that everything is in one place - we can easily access any information about the dog's past stays, payments, etc. A good number of our customers enjoy accessing their own Customer Account on ProPet to make reservations, pay a bill, update information about their dog, etc. I love that customers can upload pictures of their dog to their account and we can see them on our end, too. Another favorite thing about ProPet is how much paper we save and it really lightens up the load of work we do behind the scenes before a dog even comes to stay with us - now we can spend more time where we want to be - with the dogs! Overall, ProPet has been a wonderful addition to our business. I do wish more of our customers were open to using their Customer Accounts but really they do not have to if they do not want to. We can still do everything we need to do without them accessing their's. We have also had a few customers who have been having trouble accessing their accounts. I don't know if they just keep forgetting their passwords or what the problem is. I also wish we could have 2 customers be able to access one ProPet account with their own emails/passwords - we have had spouses try to have two different accounts and then we can't connect them so they can both see what's going on.
