What do you dislike about Phish Protection by DuoCircle?
Scanning especially of very long URLs is skipped every now and then. At least there is a notification including a warning, so it's the users' choice.
One-time hyperlinks are already hit by the security scanning, which sometimes causes issues to access specific services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Phish Protection by DuoCircle?
Works as advertised. Technically the URL rewrite does not affect the user experience. It should be noted that the system scans the target destination every time it is accessed. Hence, every attempt to add malicious content after its initial creation is warded off.
We had an issue once in the early days and it was fixed within a day, despite requiring code change on their plattform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Phish Protection by DuoCircle?
No much to dislike. It's unintrusive. Maybe the lading page users see when phish protection does catch a malicious site could be made prettier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
