I wish I could change the size of some of the windows as a producer. I also wish we could add more fields to the custom registration forms. On24 provides us with an enterprise-grade platform for hosting mass-scale webinars to our audience of prospects, customers and partners.
The tight integration with our marketing automation platform, Marketo is great as it allows us to host registration on marketing landing pages but then seamlessly push leads through to On24 experiences and then use the integration to pull attendee data back once an event has occurred.
We also love the design capabilities to bring a more custom look and feel to the audience console, way beyond what we are able to achieve with other webinar platforms. There are tonnes of great modules that can be enabled to improve engagement, provide useful resources, and survey the attendees for information that continues to improve our webinars.

At times in the past the On24 UI has been a bit clunky - but changes in recent years have improved that dramatically!

I love the features that ON24 has, there are great engagement and conversion tools, it is highly personalisable and there are also so many on-demand and upcoming webinars from ON24 regularly advertised to customers to help them to better utilise both ON24 and webinars in general to get the most out of both. They host events for people to watch such as their annual conference, they always provide statistics on what works and what doesn't, and always provide great information on how to boost your engagement and registrations. Their support are super helpful and they're always so fast with getting back to you about queries and issues, and they have great trials for upcoming features that you can get involved with. I don't really dislike anything, the platform itself and our account managers are great - I guess the only thing is the pricing. ON24 is significantly pricier than their competitors, but then again their functionality if a lot better and there is a lot more that you can do and get out of ON24.
