Mentorloop enabled all mentoring participants - mentees, mentors, and program administrators - to:
- collaborate/interact better through its loop, chat, meeting, notes, and file features,
- communicate effectively and efficiently through its chat and messaging features, which pretty much eliminated the use of emails, and

Some of Mentorloop's features are pretty limited. For example:
- the files feature only allows the upload or deletion of 1 file at a time,
- the participant list window does not allow the addition or removal of data fields, and

Matching algorithm - Mentorloop prides on their algorithm-based system which helps both mentors and mentees find their potential matches easier based on their profile, skillset, interests, goals. Mentorloop offers different matching methods which gives their clients flexibility on what matching method/s to utilize.
Ease of use - the platform is intuitive and user-friendly but still have some room for improvement
PC Tools - as a PC, I appreciate Mentorloop's features for PCs such as loop and participant management, reporting, individual and bulk messaging
Feedback Survey - Mentorloop's Sentiments made my job as a PC easier thru its automated feedback survey. Sentiments are captured real time and the data that we get from Sentiments helps our organization understand employee experience, identify issues, formulate solutions and approach.
Support - I've joined our Mentoring program in 2024 but before then our team is already working with Marina, our program manager, and she has always been supportive and available for when we need her. Her team has extended their support to us by helping facilitate onboarding sessions as well as capability sessions. She provides support and suggestions as well even after program launch. Not really dislike, but Mentorloop has some features that can be improved on that will help their clients customize the program based on their needs.

Mentorloop makes it really easy to connect with people who have similar interests across the business. I like that it's a voluntary scheme so you know people who are on the platform are genuinely wanting to help people. It's useful to look through people's profiles to make sure you find someone you have common interests with and that can help you in the areas you need help in. I don't have many negative things to say about the software, overall it's been really helpful! They send a lot of follow up emails which can get a bit annoying, but no complaints other than that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease with which I can search for new matches and make connections, stay in the loop with my matches, the notes feature to keep track of everything discussed, and the in-chat option is also really amazing to stay in touch with my mentees. The only thing that I dislike (which is a big word in and of itself) is the booking of sessions features. Sometimes it can get a bit woozy, or if the mentee or I forget to add new sessions to our calendar it can get lost in the sauce. I enjoy the simplicity of the Mentor loop app. Connecting and organising meetings with Mentees has been a seamless process. If I'm ever unsure of how I'm progressing as a mentor, or if my meetings are going as they should, there are education modules that can be learnt from and referred to. I have two Mentees which I have meetings with at the same time. I would like to be able to select them both for a meeting at the same time. At the moment I organise the meetings with one and cut and past the zoom link for the other one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using Mentorloop Mentoring Software for a while now, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and connect with mentors and mentees. there are a few areas that could use improvement. The lack of a document repository means we have to use external tools like Google Drive, which can be a bit disjointed. Mentorloop is easy to use and keeps the mentoring journey organised. I liked having a clear space to track goals, share resources, and message my mentor. Being part of the AIHS program, it made communication smooth and consistent, which helped me stay focused on my growth in WHS. The reminders and milestone check-ins were a great feature too. Using the Mentorloop software helps we stay organised and keep track of my journey and goals with my mentor in one place. Having this separate from my day-to-day work is useful to manage distractions and make sure goals are clearly defined and met. Mentorloop does an incredible job of connecting the mentor, mentee and the support team in a way that is supportive but not intrusive. They say that the best software are the ones that lets you get on with the things you have to do without noticing that it is there. While Mentorloop is a fantastic platform, one piece of feedback I’ve heard from participants is that notifications don’t always seem to come through unless they log in, making it easy to miss updates.
