What do you like best about MaxAssist?

It is so easy to get information for and about patients and their families at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaxAssist?

Unable to text non-patient family members who you may need to confirm with. There is no telephone call option for seniors / other patients who do not want text. Only one phone number / email address per patient is allowed. For familes where parents are not together it would be nice to notify both of child appointments. What problems is MaxAssist solving and how is that benefiting you?

Takes the hours our of confirming appointments, tracks text conversations when we contact patients about upcoming appointments, coverage and various other questions they may have.

Tracks the usage of the system by staff members, this is not as accurate as it could be.

Provides feedback on pre-booking - it would be far superior if this metric was shown by provider. It would help management train providers who are pre-booking their own appointments and it would help train responsible front end where the gaps are. It would also reveal which dentists are most or least successful with case acceptance and allow us to train dentists/assistants to increase patient understanding of their dental situation. What do you like best about MaxAssist?

I love how max assist integrates with Dentrix and allows us to look at a patient's entire file without having to open multiple windows.

Patients love being able to reach us any time and with the app this works perfect for last min changes.

What do you like best about MaxAssist?

Less staff time calling to confirm appointments, easy commmunication between patients and staff through text and email, great short notice/cancelation list functions! Love how you can mass text patients on your cancelation list with the date and time and have a response in no time! Also love how you can write a note and instantly have it sent to all of the family members office journal with one simple click. Great recall and overdue treatment lists intergrated from our dental software. After using a competitor for many years before the switch to Recall Max we can hands down recommend this program over others! Thanks Recall Max! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MaxAssist?

Love being able to login to my enterprise dashboard to see all practices easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaxAssist?

Having a seperate login for each office, but also understand the logistics of different servers. Being able to pull reports in various time frames would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MaxAssist?

The best part is the toolbar that sits on top of my screen. I like being able to move between Recall Max and OpenDental without one disappearing. I do wish I could right click a patient in max and open them in OD. The info on the toolbar is very helpful and quick to get. Our five star reviews have increased with the RM system. Customer support is excellent, integration was easy and I use max every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaxAssist?

I wish the forms were more user friendly. I would like to tweak them without having to have a cs do it. Also, I wish info that is already entered in our system would show so the patient wasn't filling out fields we already have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Task list is better than OD, missed pre-appointment list gets checked daily, the short notice list is great with the options of dates/times, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MaxAssist?

What do you like best about MaxAssist?

Love being able to communicate with patients through the computer and having those conversations saved to refer back to. It makes booking appointments a lot easier and saves on time. The reminder system in place helps take the load off of me and patients also appreciate the reminders. Customer service is always fast to respond. I use this software everyday and it connects seamlessly to Maxident (our software in office). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaxAssist?

I wish the character limit was longer. Seems silly to limit it and charge extra for more characters. Also wish there was a way to make the tool bar skinner/smaller on the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MaxAssist?

As the Office Manager I like being able to track the calls made by each staff and where the focus is for each of them. Gives me the opportunity to refocus them if needed. I also like the text messaging system, as more and more patients text rather than call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaxAssist?

We have had a few patients ask to only have specific reminders rather than all of them. Right now the only one they can opt out of getting is the same day when appt is confirmed. Other than that they either get them all or none at all. It would be nice if the patient could pick if they want the two week, one week, 2 day or same day if we have it set up to send them. I also would like a "rebooked" option in the miss/cancelled list, rather than just a remove from list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sending reminders for due/over due hyg. Creates follow up lists for staff to easly track who they need to follow up with. sending forms and uploading them right into our doc centre saves the admin time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MaxAssist?

My favourite thing about RM is the follow up list. I love how I can attach specific tasks to certain patients and date them. I love that I get notified about them as soon as I log in. I have not missed a signal follow up with insurnace companies since using this tool and as such, have more satisfied patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaxAssist?

The only downside I have found so far in the approx 5 months of use, is I wish I could manually send patients appointment date and time info with the click of a button, or email/text reciepts directly to the patient. As we are no longer paying for the addon features with Maxident, I cannot send it through the software and would love to be able to use Recall Max to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MaxAssist solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. treatment/predetermination follow ups: we are not missing any insurance claim/estimate follow ups and are therefore booking more patients

2. cancellations: it is so much faster and easier to follow up with cancelled appts to rebook

3. google reviews: because the surverys are sent out directly after the appt's are complete, we are seeing a significant increase in google reviews. Most of our patients find us on google so we have also seen an increase in New Patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
