The system boasts a user-friendly interface. There are still some settings for both end users and admins that are well hidden and hard to find. The document module is the biggest strength of the system and allows for a fair amount of customization with its workflows. We route documents on a near daily basis, so users quickly become familiar with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While MasterControl has numerous strengths, there's always room for improvement. Occasionally, I encountered minor glitches when working across different devices, but the responsive customer support team was quick to address these concerns. Additionally, while the initial learning curve is gentle, a more extensive range of tutorials and resources would be helpful for maximizing the wQMS's potential.
