24 Levanta Reviews

Levanta as a platform is super easy to work with. Their integration with Amazon Creator Connections will only help the overall product in my opinion. Reporting dashboard is lightyears better than anything else I've seen for affiliates. Additionally the customer success team is responsive in helping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Expectation setting in the sales process could've been improved. We saw some initial hurdles related to what is needed to get sales during launch as well as billing details. This really extended our ramp up period. The quality of the creators is just okay. Lots of affiliates choose to not adopt the levanta model and ask for rate card specific commission. Lots of creators ask for samples and then don't do any content. Lots of applications stay in pending as well. Could be better messaging capabilities to manage who has been bulk messages and exclusions without grouping them. Also the 1 click to add affiliate is super mundane. Levanta is so helpful to creators! There are so many companies that are searching for creators to advertise for them! They are very helpful and have great customer service if you have any questions or concerns! It’s a great website that creates an easy, one stop place to find the collaborations that you want! I understand it but they typically don’t let creators in that have less than 10,000 followers. I just wish it could be open to more people. I also had no idea it ever existed before I received an invite from a company! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to track and have full transparency into the affiliate relationships we are managing for our Amazon seller clients. The functionality of the platform is well thought out and they continue to implement new features. Integrations are straightforward and we can launch programs in no time. The Levanta team has always been extremely responsive and supportive of our efforts and management in the network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of anything our agency doesn't like about Levanta. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Super slick to use, especially when you compare it other affiliate platforms like share-a-sale and creator connections which have terrible UI. The ability to upload deals has been a huge advantage to us. Reporting is accurate with no outages. As an aggregator, the ability to add multiple brands under one roof/login has made it super easy to manage. In terms of customer support, everyone i've ever spoken to has been helpful and very responsive - and the product team are clearly very innovative as new features are often released. An ongoing request to be able to edit product category still hasn't been implemented. I believe would allow us to properly categorize products and increase their visibility to creators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Levanta has been a game changer for my eCommerce business. Since using it, my Amazon sales have increased significantly, boosting my overall organic ranking and review count. The platform is super intuitive. Plus, the customer support is top-notch. I highly recommend Levanta to anyone looking to grow their amazon sales! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where to begin…
Like the previous reviewer, we were sold on the Levanta affiliate platform (great sales + marketing!) promising a specific ROI within weeks. Here’s what we experienced:
1. Negative ROI (only $331 in sales!) after 6+ months and $6k investment in the platform (($1,500 free products + $4,500 Gold Plan). This is despite utilizing 50+ daily outreach attempts and external email campaigns.
2. The platform recommended emailing outside their system to achieve ROI—defeating its purpose. We tried this and still saw no improvement.
3. Many affiliates use the platform to send rate cards instead of engaging in genuine partnerships, undermining the affiliate program’s purpose.
4. Numerous smaller influencers use it to request free products, with NO verification system in place to filter genuine accounts.
5. The messaging system is cumbersome, lacks bulk messaging, and there’s no integrated email delivery feature.
Ultimately, micro-influencers here seem unable to drive significant referrals, and larger influencers (+15k followers) mostly use it to share rate cards, not for real affiliate collaborations. We've even received multiple messages saying, “I don’t really check this,” which poorly reflects the platform’s engagement quality.
Also, we would like to note we use the Uppromote affiliate system (current ROAS of 350%) for our DTC products so it's not like you can blame it on the brand or products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It solves the technology problem of merging the Amazon Brand Referral Bonus with affiliate marketing tracking and paying out our affiliate partners Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are things in the tool that is available in legacy affiliate marketing platforms that are not there on Levanta. For example, you cannot create Private Commissions at the affiliate partner account level and it needs to be done manually. There's a way to bulk load to add but you can't delete it in bulk. There's also no way to set a default commission for new launches and the ability to have it go live automatically. My team has to check everyday to update commission and product status. Reporting, although it still miss some information it help me to graphic my current data and understand the patterns month over month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
inviting people on Levanta is pretty difficult and time consuming, you need to invite one by one instead of facilitating the access of a bunch of creator to join your program, this is very difficult for people who are starting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That there is a clear CANCEL button to stop paying them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything about this service is absolutely terrible. Their marketing strategy is misleading, enticing you to sign up for their low-end tier at $150/month with promises of a "complete" service. However, this claim is far from the truth.
After signing up, you’re scheduled for an “onboarding call,” which is supposedly meant to help you navigate the platform. In reality, it’s nothing more than a $750/month sales pitch for the tier that actually unlocks the functionality you need. Without upgrading to this level, the platform is a complete waste of time and money.
When questioned about the initial package and its lack of promised features, they adamantly deny ever advertising it as a full-service option. If you ask for transparency regarding potential sales performance or breakeven opportunities, they provide misleading examples, showcasing companies that have been selling for years or are generating $5 million in revenue, claiming, “You could be doing this too.”, you just need a team of 10 people!
Even their sales scripts are poorly written and executed, making the entire experience feel unprofessional and disingenuous.
I regret ever giving them my money. The whole process left me feeling deceived and frustrated. Stay away from this company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall the ability to have visibility into Amazon affiliate programs has changed the game. Levanta's interface is very user friendly and makes it easy to manage new campaigns. I'm larticularly excited about the Creator Connections integration which will allow brands to open up a new stream of affiliate revenue with much more visibility. The partner discovery tool could be improved, but I find the same issues with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
