Lots of features available, not much is missing for routing. Easy to implement with guided onboarding. Ability to add additional use cases once you're up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From a functionality perspective it would be great if duplicate matching rules were more flexible (e.g., being able to match duplicate records using salesforce duplicate rules instead of just default leandata matching rules). The Cloudingo integration is an add on which was not communicated upfront, so we're not able to use the integration even though we have both a leandata and cloudingo subscription. I immediately recognized how pwoerful and robust this tool is. Its capabilities to handle complex routing and matching processes amaze me, which is why I love learning more about this tool and how it can be useful for my organization. The biggest strength in my opinion is the scalability, how its able to handle large volumes of data and felxible routing options which become useful for clean-up projects. While LD is capable of so much, it is sometimes complex to setup and fully utilize. My team does appreciate the close collaboration we have with support in case we run into issues or have dumb questions :). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our LeanData implementation was so easy. Ash was always kind and patient with the team, as well as responsive/quick to address questions and concerns. We blew through it and felt 100% confident by launch time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of anything I disliked about purchasing or onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lean data helps offload the Lead intake process and use an easy to read graph for complex routing made simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see the Processing / Batch capacity increase to handle larger volumes of lead data per job and process faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy it is to configure and all the functionality it grants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to be able to utilize the matched record instead of the routed record on some of my update nodes, but there is an extra cost involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LeanData has come out with so many great developments over the years. Their bread and butter was Lead Routing, and now you can route any object in Salesforce. So many great integrations into other tools as well. It's easy to use, easy to troubleshoot, and overall a very intuitive solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI can use an overhaul. Sometimes you think something should live in one tab, but it lives in another. Aside from that, I'm not a fan of their licensing model being based on unique records it needs to route to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LeanData in tandem with BookIt is a one stop shop for routing, data quality, scheduling and more! Everything lives inside of Salesforce as well which makes it easy from an adminstrative perspective in regards to activating and deactivating users, and building your flows. As a team of one, this makes it very efficient for me for anything that I need to do with the tool. The implementation team that I worked with for LeanData and BookIt really helped me succeed with the implementation as well which I was so thankful for! I am a team of one, so having this type of support was critical as I was learning both tools, and transitioning away from Chili Piper and BookIt. The transition from our old tools to LeanData and BookIt was extremely easy and seamless! Now that we have been customers for awhile, LeanData's Customer Success, Support, and Product Management teams have really raised the bar for what it means to have your customers best interest in mind. Any time that we have a random use case, a bug, or a feature request, they are on top of assisting where ever they can. We have had calls with developers and product managers from LeanData to work through complex use cases, and design custom items to help us solve it while they work on a GA solution. That type of support doesn't happen very often, and I have definitely worked with tools that I felt left in the dust after implementation. All of the folks I have interacted with at LeanData and BookIt really excel at what they do, and they will make sure you get the most out of the tool! Both tools are very easy to learn, and their training/certification program is insanely good in order to get others in any org up to speed on the functionalities. Super happy with our decision to go with LeanData and BookIt, and we are pumped to see how these tools continue growing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LeanData itself at its core really is a powerhouse. There are a lot of features to learn, and that can take some time, but is totally doable. I think there are also areas of opportunity for additional integrations like Apollo.io for example. BookIt is a newer tool, so it does lack some of the same features other scheduling tools currently have. However, the BookIt team is always on the scene and ready to chat about anything that it can't do. I feel reassured that those features are in the pipeline for development, and that the BookIt team will build the tool up to really compete with the other call schedulers out there. The routing and insights are best. One can create complex logic to route different objects and perform various tasks to fit one's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That LeanData is only supported in Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LeanData is simple. If I need to make a change to routing, I can easily get in an make the change. Implementation was a breeze and their team was so friendly in getting everything pieced together. Any time I do have an issue, support is just an email away with a really quick turnaround to solve the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really isn't a ton of bad things about LD. If I had to choose one thing to say, I would say something about having just one grab per object. For example, I have one graph for the lead flow. It would be very nice to be able to have the lead go to a seperate graph to make further decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
