Hotel effectiveness has all of the tools in one spot to keep everyone in the loop and on track. It makes sure people are working their scheduled hours and helps us plan for the upcoming week. The daily labor check in is a great tool for all of the departments to take advantage of. It keeps everyone in the routine of logging in and using this software and also is a reminder of scheduled hours and where we are sitting at the time. The software could look a bit more appealing. Sometimes it feels as thoough it is dated even though it is completely upto date and synced with our reservation system. Some of the numbers and colors are confusing but once you get everything straightened out, it is easy to follow and shows all the info you could need. I find it hard to find ALL employees in it as well, but it might just be a slip up that our manager needs to update the staff roster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
