Everything has been positive so far! If I have to nitpick (Which I do because it kept telling me my response was too short) I would say you could sell stickers for NFC cards to make them look nicer, or link to some that you guys know will work... HiHello is easy to use, and has been easy to implement at two dealerships. It's been a novel way to share our information with customers and partners. Instead of smiling and taking a business cards that could be lost or thrown away, customers have been receptive to downloading our digital business cards and saving our information in their phones. The only thing I think could improve are the analytics, and only minorly. I'd like to see breakdowns by person all together in a spreadsheet instead of going to each individual card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HiHello is extremely convenient in a conference setting. Carrying around business cards is extremely cumbersome and you always have your phone with you. So frustrating. I originally made a mistake (BS consultant instead of BA Consultant) but I would be darn if I cna change that. I had to CANCEL that card. Then I created another one and found that "II did not have the permisssion...." Forget it. I gave up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
