Exigo has intentionally thought through many of the industries bigest pain points and created a feature-rich platform that scales as your company grows. I spend much of my day using the platform and I am rarely frustrated by something that I cannot do. It's easy to use, customizable, easily set up to meet my needs. My only complaint is with the in-house Customer Support ticketing system. Their agents and our account manager are top notch, but I don't love the ticketing system and would much prefer something a little more user-friendly like Zendesk or similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I first used Exigo back in 2015. It is an outstanding software platform that excels in both functionality and ease of use. Exigo is consistent, fast, and dependable. We knew that once we were up and running with Exigo we wouldn't have downtime or major issues. Exigo has been established for so long they have almost every feature and report you can imagine for the industry. Almost everything is custom development on the Exigo Platform. This means starting from scratch with partner integrations and independent maintenance for old integrations, but this also allows for customizability with each partner instead of depending on an "out of the box" integration. In the 25 years I've worked in technology in the Direct Selling space, I've seen a LOT of change. However, one thing that has NOT changed is that, since their founding in 2005, Exigo has been and continues to be the clear leader of the pack in Direct Selling technology. I've used the Exigo platform extensively over the last 18 years as a technology consultant implementing tech solutions for more than 30 Exigo clients, and as the IT executive at 2 Exigo client companies. In the latter capacity--which includes my current role as VP of IT for sōl people, I use Exigo pretty much all day every day. What I like best about the Exigo full stach platform is its extensibility; the open API and vast configuration options make implementation and 3rd party integrations easy. Second to that is the platform's reliability; it scales to support clients of all sizes, from small startups to large, established companies that require enterprise level performance. The one area that I would like to see improvement on with Exigo's full stack platform is customer support. Having worked as a technology provider, I understand the absolute need for a ticketing system to capture (sometimes extensive) details about requests and bug reports. Exigo's ticketing system does that, and their team does a great job of being detailed and accurate in their responses. However, I wish there were a way to get a hold of their support team and my account manager over the phone or by chat, for escalations that require a quick response. The Exigo Full Stack platform is a very modern, clean platform in both the back office look and feel for our Partners as well as the enrollment and shopping experience for our Partners and customers. We have found that by switching to the Exigo platform, our Partners and Customers no longer complain that our shopping and enrollment experience are "out of date." The Admin portal to Exigo is also MUCH improved and very easily navigated. While the platform, overall, has been great, we do wish that it had a built-in promotion engine that would easily allow us to run different monthly promotions without having to ask for Exigo's assistance to have the promotion programmed. While Exigo has been helpful in getting the promotion programmed, it would be more convenient to have a tool that let us run standard promotions out of the box. Exigo has given our small startup everything we have needed from a Back Office. The custom reporting is amazing and you can access any data you would ever need. The commission team has been flawless through the implementation of two different compensation plans. The web team is great and has helped our vision come to life. As a daily user of Exigo for 5 years and across 2 different companies, what stands out the most in the Exigo platform is its versatility and its extensive feature set. 2 companies means 2 different business models, commission plans, and organizational structures. Yet integrations with warehousing, ERP, e-commerce, and communication solutions were easy to implement. It’s a comprehensive tool that fulfilled business needs across all our departments, making it invaluable not only for managing our customers and cashflow but as a continual resource for internal collaboration. Customer support provided by Exigo is generally helpful and knowledgeable, but there are
occasional delays in response times. The delays can be frustrating when urgent issues appear and quick resolutions are needed. But once put in contact with the right team, they are very efficient in resolving problems. Improving the speed of the first response would make the customer support experience truly great.
