The BCDR's are some of the best Safety Items I have ever found... Backs up Locally and to the Cloud... If you want to back up once a day or every minute... You can... Depending on the Unit you have, You can spin up a Virtual Server Right on your Device... Easy to setup, Easy to get a hold of their Customer Support when you have an issue or need to get a file... From someone accidentally deleting a file and retrieving it... Or if your Server Crashes... Implimenting a Bare Metal Restore is easy to do... It fully integrates into the servers, workstations... Cost of the units have gone up over the years... but yet, YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET... It is Worth Its Money though... Tech calls can take a bit. But isn't that with any company out there... We have direct integration with Datto EDR and AV into Datto RMM, but I feel there could be better integration with RocketCyber and Datto Endpoint Backup.

There are little to no widgets available for Datto Endpoint Backup which means techs need to sift through emails or the Datto Partner Portal to check backup success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Datto enables us to manage multiple backups of data throughout the day with features such as incremental backup, backup verification, screenshot verification, and availability of local and cloud points.

In case of any unforeseen issues, Datto allows us to spin up a virtual server in the cloud or locally.

Installation and management are straightforward. We can easily install the agent, whether it's agent-based or agentless, reboot the device, and add it to the portal. Additionally, Datto supports backup for various appliances such as physical servers, endpoints, VMs, NAS, Networking devices.

We have the flexibility to set up backup notifications for different types of alerts, including success, failure, and warnings.

Datto provides excellent support via email and phone whenever we need assistance.

The reporting feature is robust, allowing MSP clients to efficiently manage multiple clients through a single dashboard.

Integration with tools like AutoTask, Datto RMM, or ConnectWise is seamless and straightforward, making it easy to incorporate Datto into existing workflows and systems.

I really like the user interference. It is quite easy to navigate in the datto and access the tools and check the backups . And also the support is very helpful , whenever we get stuck on some issue , they are always available to help . Also the implementation of Datto is veru wasy . The features available in datto are numerous which is way more than any other backup solution. And i use it on daily basis . So overall the datto is very easy to use and integrate. Unlike other competitors I have worked with, you can actually boot VM's into the cloud, which is a game changer.
