What do you like best about DataTrax?
In general, the software does not 'lock', and it is generally possible to open multiple tabs, which makes it easier when you have to work with different 'registrations' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I believe that the layout of the software could be modernized. The version has ancient colors, fonts and all the designs. I believe that an update, with a new, more user-friendly layout, would be a very significant step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DataTrax is the best turnkey solution for processing, reconciling, and reporting ticketed transactions. It is flexible enough to work.

Datatrax is not user friendly, it requires training and technical knowledge to use it. A newbie can't use it without any training. Training are available on YouTube to watch for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Frequent crashes and frequent freezes. Being in a large call center makes it difficult to get work done. The account I'm looking at gets closed randomly and it's very frustrating. Delays make it difficult to work efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DataTrax?
I like that it is fairly easy to navigate. I understand the system well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about DataTrax?
It crashes frequently and often stalls. It makes it hard to do my job when I'm in a high volume call center. It will randomly close out of the account that I am looking into which is extremely frustrating. The lagging makes it difficult to work efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DataTrax?
I really love how DataTrax stores our information and keeps everything together. DataTrax does a great job of keeping everyone's information safe as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about DataTrax?
The System seems to crash a lot and in the most inconvenient times. The IT support for DataTrax is pretty good at helping you to resolve these issues however.
