I do not have any dislikes or concerns about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner. I have used the service many times through my employers recogntition system and have recieved the item quickly. It allows us to send recognition to our peers or managers, showing publicly that they have been performing out of the norm. This also allows us to give ourselves an image within the company and also exchange those points for treating ourselves with prizes. It is quite intuitive, easy to use and whenever I've had any issue, the people from support have answered fast and efficiently. I use it quite a lot to give recognition to the people that deserve it and to check if there are any new prizes to try and go the extra mile to get myself recognition to be able to get it. I think sometimes it's being overused to give points by the sake of giving points. Sometimes the recognition would be, thanks X for "helping me with configuring my screen" which is, IMO, nothing out of the norm...so I think that sometimes they abuse the use of the points. Also, the prizes are quite high...most of the times it is way more interesting just changing the points for money cards as the products are less expensive outside than in the system... I love the culture created by Culture Cloud by OC. expressing gratitude daily is important for well being and this gives us a beautiful public way to thank co-workers. We amass points in this way and are then able to purchase anything from a Roomba to a vacation to a gift card that can be used for groceries or even a sauna!
Support was quick to assist the first time I chose a Walmart gift card. I wasn’t sure how to get it and they walked me through everything. I wasn’t sure able to get the bar code on my iPhone browser, then either add to payment methods or scan the bar code at checkout.
This program is further evidence of just how much my company cares for its employees. I love my job and these perks give me a warm feeling anytime I use anything obtained through the system. Not so many downsides, but the recognitions options are very dependent on the location/country so there is a big difference between the awards options available for each individual from different regions - maybe more attention to have different and more partnerships in different locations would help. Also when there is an issue with the award you selected, we are asked to go to the partner that provided the award, maybe OC Tanner could step in to try to resolve the issues with the partner they selected. I am using it for years now at least once per quarter and each quarter I do like 10 transactions and I have a very Good user experience
- Website is easy to navigate
- Customer service agents are very responsive and supportive
- It is easily integrated with our company rewardation system. And all transactions are instant and easy to track

- When I select to buy vouchers, they are not sent to my email instantly, and sometimes I miss offers due to this
- For some vendors in Egypt like "Jumia", They do not allow using multiple vouchers in the same transaction, So why not to make it available to get vouchers with whatever value I need "Not fixed values"
- Using the website from iPad is not the best experience, I always prefer to use it through my laptop

When my company first started using Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner, I thought it would be difficult to use like most new systems but I was wrong. When my company implemented their system it was extremely easy to use and browse. I use it often and love the different options.The first time I received my items it was quick and had follow up emails with the status. The next year when I went to receive my electronic items my email was causing issues so I reached out to their customer support team and their responses were quick and very helpful.
