Using Comprehensive is night and day in comparison to spreadsheets - it removes the possibility of human error, streamlines input from managers, and automatically creates award letters, which I would previously have to do manually. The Rippling integration also makes it super easy to ensure accurate information. I also love the Rippling csv export to make all the bonus and compensation mass changes we have during review cycles. We have had a prior process of creating a master spreadsheet, then having to carve it up to send to Vice Presidents then receive them back and recreate the master spreadsheet to then provide to our CEO taking weeks and weeks of time better spent having strategic conversations about comp ratio positioning in line with our compensation rem philosophy.
Comprehensive makes this easy, efficient and timely and reduces the amount of time spent in a manual process. The logic builder to create the calculation logic is easy to use and enables customising our calculation logic to suit our needs. Can easily track proposed increases against calculated budget modelling via the use of a matrix approach based on performance rating and position in the market.

Comprehensive's UI and the ability to easily compare where employees are at in their pay range saved us a TON of time at the end of the year (our busiest time of year!) and resulted in us better aligning pay with performance and ensuring pay equity across our teams. Our employees often share pay with each other and before Comprehensive we fielded a lot of questions / concerns about pay inequity before we used Comprehensive. We field far fewer questions/concerns about this now that we use Comprehensive and we overall receive better scores around pay equity in our engagement scores thanks to Comprehensive giving us better visibility into pay alongside performance, enabling managers to ensure pay equity across their team members! I don't dislike anything about Comprehensive. Their Customer Service has been incredible and they've been really responsive to our feedback. I'd love to see Comprehensive integrate into more systems. One challenge in POps world is that there companies often use lots of different programs to support recruiting, engagement surveys, performance management processes, comp planning, etc. and the more these systems can talk to each other to consolidate the user experience, the more effective they'll be in my opinion!
