I have hired Candybox twice now. They are phenomenal team with grounded, pragmatic Salesforce professionals who aim to understand the needs. Working with Mark and Cody has been a force accelerator for my initiatives in 2024. It is their focus and accessibility that ensures they build functionality that meets the needs of the business where it is, and ensures the scalability in where it needs to go. Katherine, Mark, and CandyBox team are thoughtful, engaging solution partners. Unlike other agencies, I never feel like I'm working against the clock. They take the time to understand the processes behind the build and recommend solutions that are aligned with my organization's goals and aspirations.
During our Service Cloud implementation, they met with each of the service teams to understand how they use their current CRM, how they wish they could use their CRM, and the ways in which each team interact with the other. Ultimately, their recommended solution was comprehensive and improved communication and interaction within the service org and also between service and other SFDC user groups, like sales and finance. There weren't any downsides to working with CandyBox. We had a limited budget, limited resources, and a few large projects that we needed help with. Almost every session that we had with Candybox/Mark resulted in us learning new key things about how we structured our Hubspot architecture and/or how we prioritized next steps for the project. Nicholas has been able to provide massive value by helping the team enhancing our quote to cash process as well as consolidating and optimizing Service Cloud automation flows.

My only area of feedback is around resource utiliztion. Because we are held to a set amount of hours on a monthly basis, I don't always have visibility into how much time my team has used.
