What don't we like would be a better question!
The greatest feature we enjoy is the bid leveling.
The other features are amazing as well. Bid invite ease, file room management, customizable bid forms by trade rocks, the online email/messaging system is brilliant, and the ease of finding a resource with a ton of vendors is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing we like the least is that we can't really create custom fields to help us filter our vendors. However, we are able to utilize the Tags and Rating fields to fill the gap...sort of. We don't want too many tags, so we've created just a few like MRRA Only, and for Do Not Use vendors we selected the Do Not Use option but also rated as 1 star and placed a note to address why we can't use them.
We weren't able to pull over our notes that display which size project the vendor prefers to work on or if they're available weekends/after hours or if they can work on multi-story buildings. These details affect who we invite to bid. The details are found in TradeTapp, which simply means as an estimator you have to click around more to fill in vendor details while reviewing bids. I think that the most helpful tool in the Bid Board Pro Arsenal is the ability to track follow-ups using the dashboard or the calendar which can sync easily to Outlook®. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes when sending Addenda notice emails they will be created as a new opportunity rather than being added to the existing opportunity. Also, when Syncing to an outlook calendar some of Outlook's Add-in's or features will not work. It is viable though and I guess that's all that really matters.
