AutoRFP.ai has been fabulous to work with. Even on just one RFP process I saved myself over 6+ hours of manual worktime. I can see this software being worth every penny as I complete more RFP's in my future. Truly has been a saving grace when I thought nothing could come in and assist with the mundane and rigorous tasks of RFP's. The team at AutoRFP.ai also wants to ensure you are equipped to use the software to it's full potential and will assist with training at any point in time that you request it. We are working so much more efficiently as a team since implementing AutoRFP. As a busy bids team we're in it all day, every day.
We love the way it digests any documents we throw at it and lists all the questions in a clean and user friendly format, making it easy to collaborate with team members on the answers. It quickly learns what sort of answers you want for the questions and it makes it so much easier to put our hands on the content we want. The AI is great for improving and shortening answers for bids where there is a character or word count. This used to take me so much time before.
The user interface is really easy to get on with straight out the box so its been a breeze with getting it implemented and bringing more team members on board. It's given us one place to manage all our content as well and we love the fact it prioritises our library content first followed by most recent bids, giving us the confidence that we're using answers that are correct. As our product is changing continuously to keep up with industry changes / market and customer demands, this is essential.
Also, as we're working on bids from many global regions, and have more than one product, the ability to tag/label content has been invaluable to make sure the correct content is coming up in the answers. The translation feature has been great as well for bids that need to go out in different languages.
At the end of the bid the export function is great as it will spit it out in the format we request, including in the customer's original format. This has been a Godsend for complex Excel sheets which are always the trickiest to fill out!
The integrations AutoRFP has are another major reason that we chose it; as a tech company ourselves, having integrations with tools we use everyday like Google Drive, Slack and Salesforce has been so helpful.
We love the fact that AutoRFP are amazingly responsive to feedback, implementing changes we've requested so quickly once they've been approved. There are some gaps with AutoRFP compared with other tools, but not many, and they are continuously improving the product to bring in new features. For example, recently they introduced an analysis to help with bid/no-bid decisions as this was a feature they were missing. AutoRFP.ai has all the tools you need to construct a great response right in the platform. It makes it easy to turn ideas into strong, compelling answers. Having been in a go-to-market leadership role (e.g., Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Growth Officer, etc) role for many years, one of the biggest challenges has been handling and winning requests for proposals (RFPs). And at the heart of those challenges were (1) curating past responses to generate new, high-impact responses and (2) scaling resources across the organization to effectively respond and win RFPs. In looking for a solution that would address both of these challenges using technology like AI, I discovered AutoRFP. Jasper and the AutoRFP team quickly engaged with us to contract and deploy the AutoRFP.ai solution. We have been using the solution since early 2024, and the team couldn't be happier. There's a lot to like about the AutoRFP solution, but not much not to like. That said, some sort and search features could be added to make reviewing past RFPs easier, but those features don't significantly impact the solution's usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cooperation between different geos is much easier than with the previous tool, where each geo would've needed own content manager and own Questions and answer pairs. Stakeholders can jump in and help more easily.
Ease of use also with other than english language projects overall means that more of colleagues from different countries can use tool more easily.
All services are alredy included and not behind yet another addon to be paid.

Before we had AutoRFP, we used Google Sheets to collaborate and write answers. A lot of time went into reinventing the wheel every time we responded to an RFP. AutoRFP saves us a lot of time suggesting answers for each question. The model just gets better and better as we use it more and train the model. It's very easy to set up a bid team and collaborate. A concrete feature that has helped us respond more accurately is that it tracks if you have responded to all parts of the question by scoring it 0-100.

For it to work effectively, you need to train it on a few RFPs before your answers gets more accurate and in the style that you would like to respond. As with all AI tools, you cannot always rely on their answers, especially around Security and Privacy. However, AutoRFP has developed functionality to mitigate this. AutoRFP is extremely flexible and easy to use. Literally within 30 minutes of being in the tool, I was able to navigate effectively, generate and submit answers, and use the AI functionality to improve answers. Implementation was seamless and the customer support from our team at AutoRFP has been great! The time savings and ROI on the solution truly is unmatched and as a frequent user (10+ RFPs in the past year), I have saved literally hundreds of hours using the solution. We were able to load previous RFPs to integrate into our existing workflow and the end result of the solutions' AI capabilities have been truly amazing. There are few opportunities for future enhancements to the product: such as a repository for attachments and auto-assigning to individuals based on previous assignments, but overall - the tool has a great deal of flexibility and features that make RFP submissions easier and improves the quality of answers as well. AutoRFP is easy to use, sleek in design, and very effective. In only one short month, we've used it to answer 4 extremely disparate questionnaires, and it has performed very admirably each time. What we love most about AutoRFP is its ability to drastically reduce our time to draft for each questionnaire and RFP response - no more endless CTRL+F, CTRL+C, CTRL+V only to wind up with an answer that doesn't seem quite right. Now, we get tailored responses in a fraction of the time it used to take, and even better, we can easily tweak those answers with AutoRFP's powerful editing tools. We also love that it seamlessly centralizes all review and approvals, meaning we don't have to chase folks across messy spreadsheets to understand our progress toward completion.
