What do you like best about Allego?

Our team has been using Allego for close to 2 years and it has proven to be a tremendous tool for supporting our sales team and ultimatley driving sales. Our team members can quickly and easily access relevant documents that support their daily activities. Taking it a step further, this platform also allows us to provide enhanced presentations and tools directly to our customers while tracking their participation. Allego has provided our team with a colloborative platform where our sales teams has quick access to important information. What do you like best about Allego?

This handy tools allows our company to hold all of our sales and marketing collateral. You can search with ease and classify under a variety of titles. Super handy and easy to navigate.

The least helpful thing for me is not having a top bar navigation, a nitpicky thing I wish I could switch from the left hand nav to a side scroll above info for quick changing rather than opening multiple tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Allego?

What's not to like? Allego provides an environment for our phone assoicates to practice their skills before being released to phones. It's a modern learning platform that organizes all learning content in one place. Our success manager was with us every step of the way from strategy to design to building a custom learning environment. The tool gives us much needed data and reporting, providing coaching insights. What do you dislike about Allego?

Not that big of a deal but wish closed captioning appeared at the bottom of the screen on videos instead of in the middle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?

Learning content was previously all over the place. It's now all been converted and placed in Allego.

Instructional Designers, Leaders, and Facilitators did not have access to data and metrics through LMS so difficult to know how learners were doing. Allego provided data, metrics and insight into how learners are performing.

What do you like best about Allego?

Allego is the most progressive and comprehensive sales enablement platforms in the industry. We did extensive research on sales enablement platforms and hands down Allego had the most to offer. We have been customers since 2021 and they never stop innovating. Also, their employees are excellent. They have clearly broken down the line of vendor and have become partners in our success.
