What do you like best about Acqueon?

Wide range of compatibility of the current contact center infrastructure such as Cisco or Amazon Connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acqueon?

Frequent bugs and problems. Too many issues that needs to be corrected. Always run into something that does not work. Hard to work with the support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acqueon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Just to be able to use the dialer for the team of collections agents. Not a lot of benefits, but this is the only option available in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
