I love how easy it is to use and how creative I can be while creating any kind of board. Is very intuitive as well, so not a lot of training (if non), is required upfront. I use Miro for several different projects and it's amazing how the tool can look...
As mentioned, I dislike their support services. They need to improve on post sales support a lot.
The capability to make any workshop interactive with the stickies, real time multi people updates , voting and much more (which I might have not explored yet).
The poor connection issues and sometimes lost my work.
