I like ability to bring multiple prospects together from LinkedIn into Outreach as part of a sequence/tag with one click, and how you can modify phone numbers and emails on the go. Saves a lot of time instead of opening multiple tabs for each contact Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The phone numbers are not as accurate for my ICP, but I use other data sources for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that LeadIQ connects directly to Hubspot and allows me to easily import my leads. I also think LeadIq is far superior to ZoomInfo in regards to the quality of the contact information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost has gone up a bit. When I first started using it, it was only $25 a month and now its $45 a month for the lowest plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ve been using LeadIQ for a while now, and honestly, it’s made my life so much easier—especially when it comes to working in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I love how seamless the integration is. I can quickly pull in any contact from my accounts, and it even links their LinkedIn profile automatically. That little detail makes it way easier to send connection requests and messages without needing to switch tabs or copy/paste anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that does slow me down a bit is when an email isn’t verified. LeadIQ won’t let me import that lead directly into Outreach or drop them into a sequence. So I end up having to do it manually, which takes extra time—especially when I’m trying to keep momentum going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using LeadIQ for the past two months to gather contact information about my leads, and I must say that my experience has been highly satisfying.
Key Features
LeadIQ makes it incredibly easy to capture lead data, primarily focusing on contact details such as emails and phone numbers. The tool integrates seamlessly with various CRM platforms, making it a convenient choice for sales prospecting and lead management.
Ease of Use
One of the standout aspects of LeadIQ is its user interface (UI)—it's very friendly and straightforward. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced professional, navigating through the platform is intuitive and doesn't require much of a learning curve.
Pros
Free Plan: One of the biggest advantages for me is the basic user plan, which provides 50 free credits per month at no cost. This is an excellent feature for individuals or small teams who are looking for cost-effective solutions to gather leads without committing to a paid plan.
Accurate Data: The contact information retrieved is reliable and helps streamline my prospecting efforts.
Time-Saving: LeadIQ helps automate lead capturing, reducing the manual effort needed to search for contact details.
Overall Verdict
To summarize, LeadIQ is a highly recommended tool for anyone looking to gather contact information efficiently. With its user-friendly interface, free credit options, and reliable data accuracy, it’s a valuable asset for sales professionals and small businesses alike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cons
So far, I haven't encountered any major downsides. However, for users with larger needs, the free plan may feel limiting, and upgrading to a paid plan might be necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Capture function immediately saving to all CRM tools.
2. Possiblity to monitor job changes.
3. If a number is available, it's often direct dial or mobile.
4. Scribe function.
5. Very friendly and attentative support from everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Often no number available which is fatal as this is our only tool. I would like to request the possiblity of searching in additional pools etc. as we're missing out on many opportunities. Cognims always provided us with at least one number which of course often was of lower quality.
2. Scribe's German wording doesn't sound natural and requires many adjustments.
3. When filtering on a company's LinkedIn site on certain personas or fields, the filter is being removed everytime I switch to a differen tab which I often need to do which is a shame. Also the filter options are quite top level - I'd expect more of a tine tuned filter.
4. No company data shown for many prospects which is timeconsuming to adjust manually.
5. After capturing or requesting a number, it is not automatically added to the CRM tools and I need to go back to the prospect which creates a bit of an uncessary back and forth in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of use and especially enjoy the plug ins where I can highlight a name and search their contact info all in one step. I can create lead lists and its easy for me to import directly from LeadIQ into both Salesforce & Outreach, making me much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With any lead tool like this, there are going to be innacuracies. Some times cell phone numbers are not available or inaccurate. It can also take a few trys to load when I use the extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find LeadIQ is most helpful for finding phone numbers for potential customers that I want to reach out to. I use it weekly in order to create lists of prospects that I can call, and I find the phone numbers that it provides are mostly accurate, even if there are several that are incorrect sometimes.
LeadIQ integrates well with Salesloft well, making it easy to transfer contacts in LeadIQ over. I haven't encountered any issues with customer support, although I haven't really ever needed to leverage its support capabilities. I like the Chrome extension because it makes it easy to implement into my everyday workflows if I need to check a prospect's contact info here and there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would say one of the main downsides of LeadIQ that I have encountered is that it often encounters some issues integrating with Salesforce, so sometimes when I have a LinkedIn list of contacts I can't import them directly to Salesforce because LeadIQ/Salesforce may have an issue determining what account the person is aligned to. The integration between the mentioned softwares is huge, I can pull leads very quickly and easily. Would highly recommend for anyone. Data is never really stale as well. I use it every day and we've always had solid support. Can't speak to implementation because I was not a part of it, but it was very easy to jump into and use esp. with the plugin. None to mention as I've always been a big fan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- The speed at which LeadIQ works is fantastic, you get rapid real-time results, especially when you just need to find a quick number to call.
- The capture function is intuitive, and has a ton of integrations with CRM's like SalesForce and SalesLoft, which is nice.
- LeadIQ is powerful enough to use as a singular resource for prospecting and finding information, but I felt it's true power even more as an additional resource along with something else. LeadIQ often allowed me to cross-reference numbers, letting me cut out the noise from unnecessary numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- The only issue I had with LeadIQ was at times I would call family members' cell phones, but that's par for the course and was few and far between.
- I felt at times the emails were never too spot on, just simply copied the prospect name and put ".company.com," but for the most part it was never an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use LeadIQ all the time to pick out the best prospects to reach out to. Most of the time I find the correct numbers and emails associated with a prospect! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not as easy to use on the website, but the chrome extension is amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how I am able to export contacts directly into Outreach sequences from Lead IQ without having any manual actions to perform in salesforce. I also like how Lead IQ verifies email addresses and phone numbers to show that they are accurate. I have found that when people are newer to their job roles, Lead IQ is more likely to have their contact information whereas other tools like ZoomInfo may not have this information for a few months if someone is new to their role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not all of Lead IQ's contact information is accurate and a lot of times, I have run into situations where I have gotten the wrong phone number from Lead IQ and it is someone that may have the same name but not the same person as the the prospect I was trying to reach. In some awkward instances, these phone numbers have sometime been routed to a family member of that person too. Overall, I have been satisifed with Lead IQ when it comes to sourcing contact information for prospects when tools such as ZoomInfo may not have been able to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
