What do you like best about X (Twitter)?

What do you like best about X (Twitter)?
I love that it expands our reach to other customers for digital/social advertising. I use it most days of my work and it integrates well with SOCi. It is easy to use for social reach as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about X (Twitter)?
I wish we could have a little more text in posts, as it limits what we are able to create for content. So ease of implementing a campaign is 5/10. Not sure if there is good customer support, as support has never been easily available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The real time news is helpful in specific situations. There's also just a lot of people still on Twitter/X and nothing has quite replaced it yet, making it the only option for some areas of local marketing efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about X (Twitter)?
Lots of spam these days. All social media struggles with this, but replies are nothing but spam and bots these days, making conversation and social listening difficult to impossible. My personal notifications are overcrowded with all of Elon Musks's posts, which is annoying and seems self-serving when all I want to see if people interacting with my content.
