What do you like best about TalentLMS?

Talent LMS lets us scale our development. When starting out, if you have few users, you don't pay very much. As you get more users, you can increase your subscription package to suit your needs.

What do you like best about TalentLMS?

Talent is free to use (up to a certain amount of users) which really allowed us to get a good feel for the software without the pressure to sign up for the service.

The new AI in Beta is awesome and saves hours if not days writing content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TalentLMS?

Their customer service is so great. They are avaialble, responsive, and have even implemented changes based on feedback. I was worried with them being located in Cyprus that communication would be difficult, but it hasn't been an issue at all-even with our personal account rep. What do you dislike about TalentLMS?

Because it is an off the shelf solution, sometimes there aren't smooth processes for how we need to do things, but we can usually find an acceptable solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a difficult time tracking user data before Talent. Also, our users weren't great at recording their own hours of learning, so this really helps with both issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TalentLMS?

TalentLMS is unbelievably easy to use. All available courses, progress, completions, seat time, and certificates are displayed in an intuitive dashboard! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentLMS?

It's not super pretty...BUT that's a good thing! The dashbaord is uncluttered and clear to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TalentLMS?

Recently discovered is the discussion board in which our company has been using as a main form of communication, and a Q&A for any and all questions team members might have. Be able to create your own page allowed the company to create a "news" page which has been very helpful in easily putting up company and industry news for all team members. The course design is very easy to use, and courses have eliminated the need to pay team members over time for in person courses, and also just getting a team member to show up on their day off/or coming from a grave shift for an in person course. What do you dislike about TalentLMS?

I think the biggest downside is history tracking. In our company's industry training history is regulated, and at least five years of history is needed. So when an annual course is required, and the person retakes it, it completely overwrites the history of that course. So for example I now have to make yearly courses for the same course which looks something like this: "Ladder Safety (2021), Ladder Safety (2022), and Ladder Safety (2023." Which doesn't sound like a big deal, but it makes your course list huge and extremely un organized. Other than that I think the only other downside is the site feeling restricted at times, give you less control. Overall, I love the site though, and you cannot beat the price. What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

TalentLMS is solving our biggest issue; team members not coming, or wanting to come in, from their days off, from a different shift, etc. Now team members can take the required courses online during their shift. We also had a lack of consistent training, and training tracking. With TalentLMS we can now consistently train, test, and track everything we need. What do you like best about TalentLMS?

Easy to manage, and very user friendly for all employees to follow courses on their own. Was very easy to implement, customer support is available within a few minutes or maximum hours, and was very easily integrated onto our HR Information System. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentLMS?

The only down side is the user settings as some bulk updates to course details cannot be completed, and also if using Branches not all settings are automatically implemented to branches Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TalentLMS?

I absolutely love their customer support. They are extremely patient and answer every question so well. Even their tech team has been nice so many times and provided us with codes which made it easy to integrate a lot of things in our platform and give it our branded feel.
