Their customer service is so great. They are avaialble, responsive, and have even implemented changes based on feedback. Recently discovered is the discussion board in which our company has been using as a main form of communication, and a Q&A for any and all questions team members might have. Be able to create your own page allowed the company to create a "news" page which has been very helpful in easily putting up company and industry news for all team members. The course design is very easy to use, and courses have eliminated the need to pay team members over time for in person courses, and also just getting a team member to show up on their day off/or coming from a grave shift for an in person course. I think the biggest downside is history tracking. In our company's industry training history is regulated, and at least five years of history is needed. So when an annual course is required, and the person retakes it, it completely overwrites the history of that course. So for example I now have to make yearly courses for the same course which looks something like this: "Ladder Safety (2021), Ladder Safety (2022), and Ladder Safety (2023." Which doesn't sound like a big deal, but it makes your course list huge and extremely un organized. Other than that I think the only other downside is the site feeling restricted at times, give you less control. Overall, I love the site though, and you cannot beat the price. Easy to manage, and very user friendly for all employees to follow courses on their own. Was very easy to implement, customer support is available within a few minutes or maximum hours, and was very easily integrated onto our HR Information System. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only down side is the user settings as some bulk updates to course details cannot be completed, and also if using Branches not all settings are automatically implemented to branches Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I absolutely love their customer support. They are extremely patient and answer every question so well. Even their tech team has been nice so many times and provided us with codes which made it easy to integrate a lot of things in our platform and give it our branded feel.
