I like these things about Azure the most :-
1.It Feels Like Home for Windows Users. If you’ve grown up with Windows, Office, or Active Directory, Azure feels like a natural extension of that ecosystem.
2.Unlike some cloud providers that push you to go "all-in," Azure understands that many businesses can’t (or don’t want to) abandon their on-prem servers overnight.
3.Even though it’s a Microsoft product, Azure plays nice with Linux, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and even competitors like Oracle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Basic support is lacking. Unless you pay for Premier/Enterprise, expect slow responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Microsoft Azure offers some of the best cloud services at low costs. It is one of the most popular cloud platforms used by many large organizations it provides user-friendly interface that makes it easy to identify and create services. microsoft azure offers a variety of services for different use cases based on pricing tiers and budget you can choose services like Web apps, Kubernetes, Azure functions and many more, depending on your needs. they also provide certifications and courses to help users understand the portal. I don't dislike anything about Azure but some services like Application Gateway and Azure Cognitive Services can be a bit costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simplified InfraStructure, Businesses of all sizes rely on Azure, includes more than 1,800 models Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Speed can be an issue for some businesses, Because opening a cloud account is a fairly simple process today, an empowered individual with spending responsibilities could approve a Microsoft Azure account without the business or ownership approving of the action in the first place. Although 90% of Fortune 500 companies are using Azure, it may not be the right value offering for every business, especially some startups or new SMBs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Azure VM are highly realiable, scalable and comes with very high standards of security as Microsoft spends a lot on security. They are easy to Implement according to our needs with great support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes cost is an concern as compared to other peers in market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They provide powerful cloud, vps, static hosting with very great security and performance. It even includes free sll which keep the website away from attackers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Performance is good but due to a large no of users sometimes some of the services may be down only in free plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Azure cloud platform is a amazing tool to deploy AI models and to test their working. It has high speed databases to run tests and to store data. It is easy to use and all the required features. The best thing about is it's copilot and advanced virtual machines. One of the best cloud providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike their pricing and cost dashboard. It can be improved and have better structure. No issues with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my use case, the Azure Function has been useful, especially for implementing a scheduled service via a timer Trigger. The main advantage is that when a schedule starts, the Azure Function does not instantiate another run until the current instance has finished or times out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a maximum timeout limit of 30 minutes. For implementations that involve long runs, it is better to choose a durable function implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to find information about Azure is easy. We utilize the platform mostly for data science projects where we need automated ML process. The platform helped us to design a process for our model development lifecycle.
There are around 10 team members that are actively using the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing model is hard to understand and calculate.
So components and services are charged based on transactions which is hard to know till you are fully live Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about azure virtual machine is On-Demand Resource Allocation and cost efficiency. It provides Pay-as-You-Go Model and provide reserved virtual instances which can be cost efficient. Also it is available globally so it makes it easy to scale in other locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside of using azure is performance variability. It provides shared infrastructue and limited i/o throughput which makes it difficult to be use for comple i/o systems. Also manual scaling is also difficult in it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing that I like the most is the perfect pricing structure from Microsoft Azure, this is transparent and competitive, choosing or option the right pricing is very easy in this, and everything is mentioned on their website related to the cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The worst part of this platform is the maintenance, integration, and deployment of this platform, this is a very hard task and without any technical support, I can not able to do this, The maintenance of this platform needs a dedicated resource for this all the time.
