Very useful software for analyzing multiple images. Can save a time lapse of images and combine multiple images into the same file for comparison. Able to use anywhere from particle tracking to measuring fluorescent intensities of images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's light and easy to work with, does not eat your RAM! while still useful in many of our research works. Sometimes it can be the only software that does the job! The user guide is very useful. It's friendly with several file types. It's also useful when you have animation or 3D visualization. Has Shortcut keys to make your work easier. Also I should say thanks for letting it be a free software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well, nothing really! although sometimes you feel that it has caused bias or the given results are not what you are actually looking for. At first you might find it difficult to figure out how to work with, although this can be with any software! Once I remember I had to make some markings on the image, but if I clicked by accident outside the marked area, all my work was gone and had to start from the beginning! This was very frustrating.
