Along with this, the customer support of Microsoft Azure is available 24/7 either via chat, email or even a phone call. In my work, I have to use Microsoft Azure on a daily basis. There's actually not much to dislike about the Microsoft Azure, but if I had to choose something that could be made better is the cost which Microsoft charges. The UI can be a bit confusing to navigate for a novice user. Also the pricing is on a higher end when compared to other cloud solutions providers. Also it keeps on suggesting to use RBACs and other azure managed features to increase the security score which eventually leads to increase in cost. The Overall User Interface of Microsoft Azure is what suits my style of working and I really like the tools offered by it. All the AI and ML offerings from azure is really useful and the integrations of these are done in an excellent way making the workflow smooth.
