What live chat tools do you actually rely on?

Hey everyone! 👋

I’m starting to look into live chat software for our team. There are tons of options out there, but I want to keep my list tight and only focus on top-rated tools from G2 to avoid getting overwhelmed.

Right now, I’m looking into:

Intercom: Known for its clean UI and powerful automation, Intercom blends live chat with bots and a shared inbox for support, sales, and onboarding.

Podium: Great for local businesses, Podium combines live chat with messaging and review management, helping teams connect with leads quickly via SMS.

Glassix: A unified inbox tool that merges live chat, WhatsApp, email, and more—popular for its omnichannel approach and ease of use.

JustCall: Built for support and sales teams, JustCall adds voice and SMS to the mix, making it easy to manage conversations across multiple channels.
